In May 2016, CXMT launched its business in "Innovation City" - Hefei, Anhui. As an integrated memory manufacturer, the company specializes in the design, research and development, production, and sales of dynamic random-access memory chips (DRAM). It has established a 12-inch wafer fabrication facility and is currently in operation.
